Did you know that 80% (possibly more, it depends on which study you read) of all home computers contain spyware! Even if you are careful online it is easy to get spyware. If you have kids I'd say you definately have spyware. Kids sites or sites that teeangers always seem to find are loaded with spyware.

An anti-virus software is a good part of the solution. If you haven't updated your anti-virus software since you bought your computer or since you loaded a "free 30 day" program then it's time. Anti-virus software is a good investment against spyware and other problems.
